Dear Friends at MISSIONA2:
    I am rather delayed in my sending of this note. However, I wanted to be sure to say thank you for your help on April 17th. To the young men who picked up the carpet at a WPC members’ home and disposed of it for us. We are so grateful. Thank you for assisting us to prepare the family’s home for the return of the husband who had received a bone marrow transplant as part of his aggressive cancer treatment. I hope you know that you taking care of this was a huge gift and help for the family and those at the church who wanted to help but couldn’t.
    I must admit that while I was sure MISSIONA2 community would help, I was not at all expecting the immediate response and action of the team as a whole. From my first contact with Brian Durrance who received my call late in the afternoon and completely unexpected to the gentleman who completed the task before i was aware they had my request for help was met in less than two hours. There was no hesitation or reluctancy or any implication of inconvenience on the part of Tate Williams who took my call and arranged the helpers. I am still a little shocked by the “get’er doen” attitude from beginning to end. Please accept my sincere appreciation for all who responded so graciously and wonderfully. Please share our thanks to all involved. What a joy it is to partner with the MISSIONA2 community. Thank you for all you do in service to others.

    Just a little note to let you know you were prayed for this past Sunday at our “Simply Prayer” group before Church. We covered the homeless ministry group and Jim shared your name as a resident manager. We thank you and praise you for all you do there. You are God’s hand and feet to the homeless in Ann Arbor. May the Lord bless you in a mighty way. May He meet all your need at this time.
